An Effective Habit for Handling Fear

FEAR is the biggest obstacle people have in doing their best, in stepping out of their comfort zone.  People will unwittingly stay in a place and that’s a sure-fire way to keep them in the middle of the road…. getting hit by traffic going both ways.

Everyone experiences fear, regardless of your business – we all want to look “good” to those we’re reaching out to.  Develop a habit can be an effective tool for dealing with this debilitating emotion.

I don’t have the magic bullet to eliminate fear, but I’ll share what I’ve been doing lately.  I just do it – fear running rampant through my veins – I just do it, repeatedly until it becomes such a habit that really, I don’t care what others think of me.  Besides, it’s none of my business what they think of me anyway.

So, give it a shot.  Do the thing that keeps you in the middle of the road and keep on doing it and doing it and doing it.  I was surprised at my results.  Methinks you’ll be as well.
