We see and read so many inspirational quotes that they tend to be just words but you need to move beyond being inspired and act on it. They’re not there to be admired or put a smile on our faces or give some sense of serenity.
So, what does “inspired” really mean? Influence, a feeling or a thought? Yes, it’s those things but what’s lacking? Just to be inspired really means nothing without action or acting on what has inspired you!
As written by Seneca the Younger, a Roman philosopher in Moral Letters: “Let us also produce some bold act of our own-and join the ranks of the emulated! FYI – Seneca the Younger also wrote:
Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.
Action is the key to achieve your goal, your dreams, your desires.
So, the next time you read an inspirational quote, read a biography of a person who has accomplished much, don’t be just inspired, act and be inspirational.
I don’t know if I’m inspirational, but I did act about 4 years ago to start my own business. I love to share more about my journey, just message me.
